Battle Chasers background Study

As an exercise to learn and practice digital painting I thought I would create some variant backgrounds for Battle Chasers: Night War. I used the artwork by Grace Liu as a starting point. Instead of copying one to one, I used what was there to make my own images whilst remaining faithful to the originals.

They're a little rough around the edges, but they served their purpose in learning a few things. I'll probably tackle some of the other environments to try and break down the process even more.
